History
A spirit-forward Daiquiri, rich with fruit.
This drink was originally prepared at the Myrtle Bank Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. The Myrtle Bank, constructed in the mid-1800s, was formerly a shipyard before being transformed into a select boarding house. Following its destruction in the 1907 earthquake, the hotel was rebuilt in 1918 and subsequently became the largest hotel in Jamaica, boasting 205 rooms and a filtered saltwater pool.
