History

The sugar rim and sweet cherry balance this slightly sour, citrusy cocktail.

This recipe is adapted from the signature cocktail at Sachi Bar, located in the basement of Pantechnicon in Belgravia, London, England. The recipe was created in 2021, the same year that the Covid-delayed 2020 Olympic Games were finally held in a city under lockdown. Tokyo had previously hosted the games in 1964.
