Ingredients
1 1/6 oz Oude genever
5/6 oz Mandarin liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 2/3 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange slice wheel.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass, while also pouring soda water.

- 5 Garnish with orange slice wheel.
