History

Pisco and pineapple are a match made in heaven, sitting at the centre of this prosecco-charged celebratory sour.

This cocktail was created by Daisy Robinson, who was soon to marry, and it was inspired by the "Mrs. Robinson Cocktail." The original gin-based drink was made by Andrew Call, a bartender at Bacchus Bar in Portland, Oregon, USA.
