1 oz Aniseed liqueur
1/2 oz Maraschino liqueur
3/4 oz Lime juice
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 POUR first 3 ingredients into empty glass
  2. 2 ADD soda water to half fill glass
  3. 3 Fill glass with ice and then top up with more soda
  4. 4 (This avoids 'shocking' the anis with the ice.) Serve with straws.
