Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz White crème de menthe
1/2 oz Lemon juice
Top up with Brut sparkling wine
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
- 1 SHAKE first three ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
- 2 TOP with champagne.
