Ingredients
1/4 oz Absinthe
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Chartreuse Green
1/4 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
4 fresh Basil leaves
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of basil leaf.
Method
- 3 POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass, TOP with chilled water and set aside.
- 4 Separately, SHAKE other ingredients with ice.
- 5 DISCARD contents of glass and refill with fresh ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN contents of shaker into the absinthe-rinsed glass.
