Ingredients
7 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Peach bitters
How to make
Serve in a martini glass
- 1 MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
