5 oz Sparkling water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 No garnish to prepare.
Method
- 3 POUR pastis and almond syrup into chilled glass.
- 4 SERVE with bottle of chilled sparkling water and container of ice so the drinker can dilute to their own taste.
- 5 NOTE: The ice should be added to the glass after the water.
Garnish
- 6 Serve naked, without garnish.
