Ingredients

12 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Reposado tequila
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of glass
  2. 2 Add tequila, lime juice and sugar
  3. 3 Half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir) with bar spoon
  4. 4 Fill glass with more crushed ice and churn some more
  5. 5 TOP with soda, stir and serve.
