Mixed Berry Julep

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
2. 2 Prepare garnish of blackberries and mint sprigs.
3. 3 MUDDLE berries in base of glass.

Method

1. 4 Add other ingredients.
2. 5 Two-thirds fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN with barspoon.
3. 6 Fill glass with more crushed ice and CHURN again.
4. 7 Repeat this process until the cocktail fills the glass.

Garnish

1. 8 Garnish with blackberries and mint sprigs bouquet.
2. 9 Serve with a straw.
