1/3 oz Dry vermouth
1/6 oz Bianco/blanco vermouth
1/12 oz Peated malt whisky

Serve in a martini glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of spray a mist of peated and lemon zest twist expressed and discarded and garnished with a skewered black olive.
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
