Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Scotch whisky
2/3 oz Peated malt whisky
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/6 oz Lemon juice
8 drop Ginger bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare atomizer of peated whisky.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
Garnish
- 5 MIST with 3 sprays of peated whisky.
