History
Grappa complements Chartreuse in this Last Word-style cocktail.
This drink is adapted from a recipe created in late 2012 by Misty Kalkofen at the Brick & Mortar bar in Cambridge, Massachusetts, USA. It was initially intended for the holiday menu and was named 'The Grinch.' However, in January/February 2013, Misty decided to rename her creation to be less seasonal, calling it 'Mistaken for Strangers' to reflect the surprising combination of grappa and Green Chartreuse.
