1 oz Gin
3/4 oz Triple sec
3/4 oz White crème de menthe
3/4 oz Lemon juice
4 drop Mint bitters
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker
- 2 DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass.
