Ingredients
12 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Aniseed liqueur
1 oz Lime juice
3/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Soda water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 Lightly MUDDLE (just to bruise) mint in glass
- 2 Fill glass with crushed ice, add other ingredients
- 3 TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.
