Serve in a coupe glass
- 1 STIR marmalade with gin, bitter liqueur and lemon juice in base of shaker to dissolve the marmalade
- 2 SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass
- 3 TOP with sparkling wine.

This drink is adapted from a cocktail originally called Breakfast in Milan, created by Dawid Steenkamp at Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa in London, England. It draws inspiration from the Negroni and Salvatore's Breakfast Martini.
