Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/3 oz Triple sec
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/3 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
2 drop Saline solution 4:1
1/3 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 6 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4 DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.
- 5 TOP with soda.
Garnish
- 6 Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
