1 2/3 oz Mezcal
1/2 oz Passionfruit liqueur
1/2 oz Vanilla sugar syrup
1/2 oz Passion fruit purée
1/2 oz Lime juice
2 oz Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of half a fresh passion fruit.

  1. 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Optionally, separately POUR the sparkling wine into a chilled shot glass to serve alongside the cocktail.
