Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Sloe gin liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice
1 oz Orange juice
1 barspoon Powdered sugar
Egg white
3 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

  1. 1 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker
  2. 2 DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into chilled glass (no ice)
  3. 3 TOP with soda.
