Ingredients

4 cube Melon (Honeydew)
1 oz Gin
1 oz Green melon liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Maple syrup
1/2 oz Egg white
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 MUDDLE melon in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
  3. 3 TOP with soda water.
