Melon (Cantaloupe)
2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Green melon liqueur
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of melon wedge or skewered melon balls.

Method

  1. 3 CUT melon into 8 segments and deseed.
  2. 4 Cut cubes of flesh from skin of one segment and MUDDLE in base of shaker.
  3. 5 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
  4. 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with melon wedge on rim or skewered melon balls.
