History

A standard White Negroni uses equal parts, but this "Mellow" version has one-sixth parts gentian liqueur.

John McLaughlin, a fellow Discerning Drinker, suggested this recipe in a comment on the White Negroni page, seeking a mellow Negroni. This drink was created thanks to his suggestion.
