Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.
Method
- 3 STIR lemon juice and sugar in base of shaker until all the sugar has dissolved.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
- 6 TOP with soda and briefly stir.
Garnish
- 7 Garnish with lemon slice wheel.
