Ingredients

1/2 oz Lemon juice
2 barspoon Powdered sugar
1 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
2/3 oz Rye whiskey 50% abv
1/2 oz Aged agricole rhum
1 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice wheel.

Method

  1. 3 STIR lemon juice and sugar in base of shaker until all the sugar has dissolved.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  4. 6 TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Garnish

  1. 7 Garnish with lemon slice wheel.

History
