Ingredients
1 2/3 oz Everleaf Marine
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
10 fresh Mint leaves
5/6 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 POUR first 4 ingredients into glass half filled with crushed ice
- 2 Churn with a spoon to mix ingredients and bruise the mint leaves
- 3 Fill glass with more crushed ice and top with soda.
