1/6 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/24 oz White balsamic

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist expressed and discarded. Adorn with a skewered Fragata Green Olive.
  3. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
