Adapted from a recipe by Victor J. Bergeron, published in his 1972 Trader Vic's Bartender's Guide Revised, this is the MARIA THERESA cocktail. It consists of: 1 ounce tequila ½ ounce cranberry juice Juice of ½ lime Preparation involves shaking with ice cubes in a commercial electric drink mixer or a shaker can with a mixing glass, then straining into a chilled saucer champagne glass.
