Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Blanco tequila
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Agave syrup
6 drop Margarita Bitters
2 1/2 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- 2 RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime juice and dip into salt).
- 3 Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
Method
- 4 SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
- 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring soda.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with a lime wedge.
