12 fresh Mint leaves
1 oz Vodka
1 1/2 oz Mandarin liqueur
1 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

  1. 1 Lightly MUDDLE mint (just to bruise) in base of glass
  2. 2 Add next four ingredients, half fill glass with crushed ice and CHURN (stir)
  3. 3 Fill glass to brim with more crushed ice and churn some more
  4. 4 TOP with soda, stir and serve with straws.
