History
Bittersweet with zesty mandarin freshness, as suggested by the name.
This recipe is adapted from one created in 2022 by Dennis Stein at Le Lion Bar de Paris in Hamburg, Germany for Negroni Week. The Mandarine Negroni became so popular that it was added to the bar's permanent menu and remains one of their best-selling cocktails. Dennis' original recipe: 30ml Rutte Dutch Dry Gin, 30ml Berto Bianco Vermouth, 20ml Campari, and 10ml Mandarine Napoleon.
