Ingredients

12 fresh Mint leaves
2 1/3 oz Gin
1/2 oz Pink grapefruit juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint sprigs bouquet.

Method

  1. 3 Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  2. 4 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

  1. 6 Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet.
