1 2/3 oz Spiced rum
3/4 oz Peach liqueur
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
2 dash Aromatic bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of dehydrated apple slice and dehydrated raspberry dust.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. 4 DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with apple slice dusted with powdered raspberry.
