History

Peated whisky complements floral elderflower notes in this late-night sipper. Absinthe plays an important role, with a larger amount than stipulated enhancing the drink.

This variation was created in March 2023, building upon the "In-Seine" cocktail from 2006. It was proposed by Lucas Fiammiferi, a fellow Discerning Drinker, in a comment on the "In-Seine" page.
