1 1/2 oz Mezcal
3/4 oz Palo cortado sherry
1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Orgeat syrup

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of cocoa powder.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Dust with cacao powder.
