Ingredients

2 oz Blanco tequila
1 oz Dry vermouth
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Chartreuse Green
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 dash Celery bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of celery stalk.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with celery stalk.
