History
Mezcal provides the strength, balanced by sweet vermouth and rich herbal liqueur. A great late-night sip.
This is an adaptation of a recipe created in 2019 by Erick Castro at Polite Provisions in San Diego, USA. Erick's original recipe includes a "grasshopper salt rim," which is made by blending ½ cup sea salt with 2 spoons of dehydrated grasshoppers.
