2 oz Sake
1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Manzanilla sherry
1/24 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
5 drop Coriander bitters
5 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a nick & nora glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a NICK & NORA GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered vine cherry tomato..

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE tomato is base of stirring glass.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and STIR with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 6 Garnish with skewered tomato.
