Ingredients
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Limoncello liqueur
1/3 oz Orange-red aperitivo
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Orange bitters
10 drop Orange flower water
3 dash Cocktail foamer
2/3 oz Soda water
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lime zest twist.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 7 ingredients (all but soda) with ice and strain back into shaker.
- 4 DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- 5 Open shaker and ADD soda water.
- 6 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
Garnish
- 7 Express lime zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
