History
A riff on a Sloegroni/Slow Negroni with Spanish pacharán replacing sloe gin, which adds a delicate aniseed note.
This cocktail was created in December 2021, inspired by a comment from Melissa Demian, a fellow Discerning Drinker, on the Slow Negroni page. "Lento" is Spanish for slow, referencing that this cocktail uses pacharán instead of sloe gin.
