Lemmy Kilmister (1945 - 2015), the frontman for the British heavy metal band Motörhead, was known for his preference for Jack or Beam and Coke. This habit led to the creation of the Lemmy, which is essentially a highball made with bourbon and cola, sometimes with the addition of bitters.
