History

The Negroni meets a Manhattan in this straight-up Boulevardier riff.

This drink is adapted from a 2006 recipe by Sam Ross, created at Milk & Honey in New York City, USA. The original was made with mole (spiced chocolate) bitters, following the release of Bittermens Xocolatl Mole Bitters. Regular chocolate bitters are preferred in this adaptation.
