History

A tequila-laced, herbal, after-dinner/late-night sipper. Blanco, reposado, and añejo tequilas have been trialled in this cocktail. While blanco brings freshness and añejo contributes deeper, spicy notes, reposado is preferred for roundness.

This recipe is adapted from one created around 2009 by Jamie Boudreau at his bar, Canon, in Seattle, Washington.
