1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
1/3 oz L'Esprit De June Liqueur
2 dash Creole bitters
2 dash Boker's style bitters
Top up with Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 STIR first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass
  2. 2 TOP with sparkling wine.

A dry, boozy cognac and champagne cocktail with hints of zesty orange.

Alexander Sourmpatis created the original recipe in 2022 at Spinte at The Whisky Bar, Thessaloniki, Greece, and this is adapted from it. Alexander's original recipe calls for Martell Cordon Bleu cognac.
