Ingredients

1/2 oz Absinthe
1 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Dry vermouth
1/4 oz Elderflower liqueur

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

  1. 1 <strong>1.</strong> POUR absinthe into ice-filled glass, TOP with water and leave to stand
  2. 2 <strong>2.</strong> Separately STIR gin, vermouth and elderflower liqueur with ice
  3. 3 <strong>3.</strong> DISCARD contents of glass (absinthe, water and ice) and STRAIN contents of mixing glass into absinthe-coated glass
  4. 4 (No ice in glass.)
