History

Bittersweet cognac palate with lingering liquorice, honey, pine and eucalyptus from the Suze.

This drink is adapted from one created in 2007 by Gary "gaz" Regan. He developed it after a Sazerac-fueled trip to New Orleans, inspired by how the Sazerac might have been if it had originated in France instead of New Orleans.
