Ingredients

1 oz Pastis
1/2 oz Grenadine syrup
1/2 oz Peppermint syrup
Top up with Chilled water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 No garnish to prepare.

Method

  1. 3 POUR first 3 ingredients into chilled glass.
  2. 4 SERVE iced water separately in a small jug (known in France as a 'broc') so the drink can dilute to taste. (135ml / 4.5oz is recommended.)
  3. 5 Lastly, ADD ice to fill glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Serve naked, without garnish.
