Ingredients
2 oz Aged agricole rhum
1 oz Amaro (e.g. Averna)
1/4 oz Pimento dram
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1 1/2 oz Prosecco
How to make
Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml) glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a HIGHBALL (MAX 10OZ/300ML) GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lime wedge.
Method
- 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass pre-charged with prosecco.

- 5 Garnish with lime wedge.
