- 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of mint leaf.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 Garnish with mint leaf floated on the cocktail or pegged/stuck with spot of honey to the rim.

Adapted from a recipe found in Harry MacElhone's 1922 publication, Harry's ABC of Mixing Cocktails, and its 1923 counterpart, Harry of Ciro's ABC of Mixing Cocktails. Knock-out Cocktail. ⅓ Gin, ⅓ French Vermouth, ⅓ Absinthe, 1 teaspoon-ful of White Mint.
