History
The whisky's peaty strength is mellowed by rich almond and ginger spice.
The name for this riff on the Loch Almond comes from Knock Castle, also known as Caisteal Chamuis (Castle Camus). This former MacDonald stronghold is now in ruins and stands on the east coast of Sleat, about five miles north of Armadale on the Isle of Skye.
