1 1/2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
1/2 oz Orange Curaçao
1/2 oz Raspberry syrup
1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Orange juice
1/4 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Lime juice

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and pineapple wedge.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry and pineapple wedge on rim.

The foundational recipe for this drink originates from Harry Craddock's 1930 publication, The Savoy Cocktail Book. "KNICKERBOCKER SPECIAL COCKTAIL. 1 Teaspoon Raspberry Syrup. 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice. 1 Teaspoon Orange Juice. 1 Chunk of Pineapple. ⅔ Rum. 2 Dashes of Curaçao."
